 PROS: This thing is moving fast...  It's not fraught with the risk associated with normal "newness"... Why?  Because it's free...  It's secure... It's credible...  Easy to understand.

CONS: Frankly, there is no risk so we have a hard time finding the cons... But it's new...  Two years ago, Groupon was new. Six years ago, Facebook was new...  12 years ago, Google was new... You can't go back to their beginning and say, "OK... I see now what this is going to be... let me get in on it.  Nor would you have had the chance to get in on it anyway...  Discount Voucher Sales do not begin until December 1, 2011.  So there's no money made until then.  Between now and Decmeber 1st, you're in a race to sign up as many businesses and buyers world wide as you can.  Remember... all your contacts and everyone in your database can be signed up by you for free and thus fall into your Buyer's Clubs and Seller's Clubs...
  PROS: There's no risk, but especially if you have a large database, you'll want to do some due dilligence.  However, we've already been through the 1.0 version of our site and are currently building 2.0 which will start rolling out in September.  The site you are seeing now is strictly to sell from.  To announce from.  To scare the heebie jeebies out of the competition from...  NO ONE (ABC, CBS, NYTimes, etc.) CAN COMPETE WITH FREE...
