+ What if the business goes out of business?
This is an extremely rare scenario, but should it take place, Once you purchase your DV, the business has the responsibility of honoring it. We keep our fees low by not having to hire people to handle refunds.
+ I bought a DV but then found out my credit card’s been declined…..help!
No worries, simply update your credit card info and we’ll get you hooked up.
+ Can I get a refund?
Short answer: No Refunds. Long Answer... While this may strike one as harsh at first, we cannot afford to stay in business at the low fees we charge if we have to also handle refund processes, people, overhead, etc. We keep the fees low so that if something happens between you and the business, then it's something that may eventually result in the banning of the business from TOPS!!!
+ Can I purchase a DV as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! You'll be able to send them the DV via email once your receive it.

+ What are the qualifications?
Qualifications vary from DV to DV, but these are the guidelines the we have set for each category of business to keep your comparison of businesses and their offers in an "apples to apples" manner. For example: We set up Car Dealers as "Dollars Off Best Deal" categories. You don't get a Dollars Off Best Deal from a dealer though... You get it on a model and year of car so that the competition is between Toyota Dealers to offer the best Dollars Off Discount ... that you present AFTER you have made your best deal with the dealer. Then you present your Dollars Off Discount from Tops to save even more. The Dealer just got a buyer without risking a dime. And you get money off otherwise unavailable. All DV's have the same qualifications within a category... such as Minimum Purchase, Not good with any other offer, etc. But we set those category-wide. This way the SELLER only has to compete on the amount of dollars off or the amount of percentage off the want to use to get you to buy from them.
+ Do I have to refer my friends to get a DV?

+ Does a certain amount of people have to purchase a DV for it to be valid?
Negative my friend. As long as the business has a DV posted, it’s valid for you to use. Be sure to pay attention to its expiration date of course!
+ I tried to purchase a DV, but now its gone. What gives?
This happens very rarely, but sometimes as you’re clicking “Get it Now” for your DV, a business is on the backend either changing or removing their DV offer. When that happens, simply search again, there’s plenty more to choose from!
+ How much sales and use tax should be charged when a DV is redeemed?
It is every merchant’s responsibility to collect and remit tax as required by applicable law. Basically – don’t worry ‘bout it.
+ Can I return my DV?
No. We keep our costs low by not getting in the middle of disputes between you and the SELLER. However, we do monitor complaints and can ban a SELLER if they are found to be "wanting" in the honesty or credibility department.

VMD stands for Vertical Marketing Director. Vertical Marketing Directors earn the same commission structure as Pioneers, but they’re primarily focused on signing up sellers in a particular industry.
