1. We charge each nominee $99...  That doesn't make
us rich.  It ensures that a nominee is serious about participating.
They participate... it drives us traffic.  We sell more advertising.

2. This is the 2012 Contest and it will end on December 31, 2012 at 11:59 PM.

3. You can vote as much as you want...  We limit votes by cookies & IP.

4. Occasionally... we turn those restrictors off.

5. Use Facebook, Twitter, your own website, etc. to promote yourself..

"We've been nomintate Tops In America..."

"Please vote for us for Tops In America..."

There are no free ways (face it... the $99 is practically free!!) to
brand you or your company... 

There is little to say in Social Media...

This gives each nominee both something to say on Twitter
and Facebook plus it changes the way everyone talks about
you from now on...

Don't complicate it.  Most Votes Wins...
